Tech Points

No matter where you are, the University of Illinois IT community is committed to helping you start off strong this semester and connect you with the technology you need.

Tech Points gathers the university IT community at locations across campus to run pop-up help desks for anybody needing technology or software assistance during the start of the semester. Tech Points 2025 is happening August 25-27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  • August 25 and 26 at CIF, Ikenberry Commons and Illini Union
  • August 27 join our virtual Tech Points. The link will be provided soon.

Locations

Ikenberry Commons

  • Address: 301 E Gregory Dr, Champaign, IL 61820
  • Ikenberry Commons Location: First floor lobby by the dining hall.
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Illini Union

  • Address: 1401 W Green St, Urbana, IL 61801
  • Illini Union Location: Just outside the south doors on the Anniversary Plaza. 
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Campus Instructional Facility

  • Address: 1405 W Springfield Ave, Urbana, IL 61801
  • CIF Location: First floor at the base of the monumental study steps.
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
