Technology Services provides campuswide technology solutions that support the teaching, learning and research missions of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. We partner with other departmental IT staff to serve nearly 70,000 faculty, staff and students.

Develop your leadership skills through campus programs such as Manager Development, IT Leadership Workshop, Lunch and Learn sessions and HR Training Series.
Mentorship program
We pair members of our Leadership team with staff to develop skills through a series of time-limited, confidential one-on-one conversations and other learning activities.
Peer coaching
Work together with other Technology Services staff to reflect on current practices, expand, refine and build new skills, share ideas, conduct classroom research or solve problems in the workplace.
Recognition
Our Employee Award and Recognition Program is a peer-nominated initiative that rewards individuals and teams who achieve performance excellence by supporting the Technology Services mission, vision and values with monetary awards.
